"Leadership Howard County’s Premier Program draws together business and community leaders from diverse backgrounds to examine and discuss challenging issues while enhancing their leadership skills. Part of this experience involves small groups of leaders to collaborate and complete a Community Impact Project for a local non-profit organization. The Arc of Howard County was thrilled this past Fall when our proposal for a job shadowing program was selected."
